Saved in your browser only. Inserted wherever a template uses {{signature}}.
{{signature}}.TEAM_SIGNATURES object. The tool auto-picks the matching one based on whatever name is typed in Your Name. To add or edit a team signature, ask whoever maintains the file.
Apps Script — Send Email Silently
Paste the deployed Web App URL from your Apps Script project. Without this, Send Email falls back to opening Gmail compose.
Airtable — Pull Candidate From Records
Templates and the shared Sent Log are wired up automatically — no setup required. The fields below are only needed for the legacy candidate picker.
Name, Email, Specialization, Languages, Referral Source, Pipeline Stage, Notes.
